Intro to Pole is where it all starts! In this class you will build a solid, grounded foundation for more advanced pole work. This class focuses on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention. Must take a minimum of 4 Intro to Pole classes before continuing to Beginner. This should be the first pole class you take!
In this class you will start to take your feet off of the ground. This class will focus on working on basic moves and transitions up the pole as well as building a foundation and conditioning for inverts. Must have had at least 4 Intro to pole classes and instructor OK to proceed to Beginner
In this class you will begin to work on aerial tricks and techniques. Must test out of beginner to proceed to Intermediate.
Work on advanced aerial technique! Must test out of intermediate to advance.
This class combines dance with floor work. Work on flow, balance, poses, entry and exit. Heels or socks and knee pads required. All levels. Must have one intro to pole class prior to booking.

This is a laid back, all levels class. In this class we will work on finishing techniques. Perfecting what you are learning in your levels class, trying new things, and having fun! Who knows you may even find some fun theme nights happening on Fridays!

This off the pole class is one of a kind! Made for individuals who may have never exercised before, those with physical limitations, those recovering from an injury, or those who have apprehensions about the gym. This no impact class ranges from light weight training to dance to barre and stretching, but the main focus is HAVING FUN
